Deploy with docker

$ mkdir localnotes.build
$ cd localnotes.build
$ docker build -t localnotes-frontend-webserver ../localnotes
$ docker create --name my-server-4 -P localnotes-frontend-webserver
$ docker start my-server-4
$ docker port my-server-4
