Visiting Another User's Profile Page*

*Finish User Profile Part II first

As a logged in user
when I visit a registered user's profile (not my own)
I see a picture and about me section
-number of projects participate in (count)
-a created at date (member since)
-last project. participated in(link)
-upcoming project(link to project)
-username (full name)

As a visitor (not logged in), I am taken to the login page/auth_path

FUTURE: Log in page as root_path, redirecting users to this path if what they want to see requires that they are logged in (carpools, other user profiles, etc)
