Run rascoll search at a sub-domain so that it can be embedded in AFS

We need to run rascoll search within an iframe in Arches for Science so that it looks like an AFS plugin. To do this, we'll need to run the rascoll search plugin at a sub-domain so that it doesn't have all of the arches base view elements (left navbar, header). To implement a sub-domain: archesproject/arches#11002

We will also need an application that will load a plugin into AFS with the iframe in which to embed rascoll.
