Improve async loaders behaviour.

1. Generation of structure, config and dockerfiles happens in an instant. There is not point in having them.
2. Loaders block the execution exit. Somehow make exit happen instantly or just faster.
3. Improve design of the loader, make the animation smaller to allow more text.
4. Allow text streaming to the loader message.
