Global relative mouse mode option

For anyone with a single monitor shared between host and guest, absolute mouse mode isn't very useful since there's no other monitor to move your mouse to in the host. In this case there should be an option to just always use relative/evdev mode for the mouse instead, using a hotkey to grab is unnecessary.
