Error en la librería "css-loader" al ejecutar la instrucción webpack #1

He clonado el repositorio y he ejecutado webpack para construir el bundle.js de la aplicación y me ha devuelvo el siguiente error:

ERROR in ./~/css-loader!./~/bootstrap/dist/css/bootstrap-theme.css
Module build failed: ReferenceError: Promise is not defined

Lo he solucionado fácilmente haciendo un downgrade de la librería css-loader a la versión ^0.18.0
