Hello everyone,

So without further ado, I wanted to ask how difficult it would be and how much time it would
require to add the ability, to upload code to a connected device via USB, or UART, like the Arduino Uno for example.

The background is that I wanted to make a mobile IDE (open source) which would use a USB, that you can plug into a Arduino or some other microcontroller and program it over the air. This should allow new and older Microcontroller's to have over the air updated.

If there is something like this (and opensource) please let me know, so that I can check it out, and contribute to it.

Thank you for your time.
