Any complete guide where I can setup a github webhook ?

Hello Guys,

I'm stuck in the webhook setup for github in myproject to trigger a workflow, and still coudn't find a complete guide where I can use it for setup webhooks.

I followed this document https://argoproj.github.io/argo-events/tutorials/03-trigger-sources/#git but end the end I got some errors,

ERROR:

viceaccount "operate-workflow-sa" not found

how I can setup this "operate-workflow-sa"?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
