Hi developer,I had the cluster result using bin80,but while I was applying function st.pl.spatial_domainsto my data,I set the parameter bin_size=80 and got nothing, then I tried bin_size=1and got a barely satisfying contour image.I followed the steps in the tutorials but found that when scale_factor=1and adata_cellbin.obsm['spatial_bin80']=adata_cellbin.obsm['spatial']//80,nothing showed up.Then I tried scale_factor=0.02and adata_cellbin.obsm['spatial_bin80']=adata_cellbin.obsm['spatial']`,I got an image with domain background and cell dots not precisely alligned. How can I alligned my domain(bin80)and cellbin data?(plus I am using Stereo-Seq)
