Hi, thank you very much for your interest in Spateo. Unfortunately, I’m not very familiar with this data, as it belongs to a different study. Please refer to A single-cell 3D spatiotemporal multi-omics atlas from Drosophila embryogenesis to metamorphosis for more information. Since this data is not publicly available, our group have removed it from our resources. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will update the function documentation and replace the dataset in the tutorial with other publicly available data. |
