Enable certificate verification in the communication between the jolokia api server and the broker

For now, when using TLS, there is no way to trust the certificate that is used by the broker. This is a strong security concern. One idea pointed by @gaohoward would be to make use of the functionalities provided by cert-manager around the trust handling.
More research is needed to this point.
