This repo includes:
- Data from two groups of participants (excel sheets)
- radface_analysis.R - R code to analyse the data (psychometric models fitted using a multilevel logistic regression analysis / GLMM)
- radface_plots.R - R code to plot the data and model fit
- radface_modelcomp.R - Complementary analysis (not detailed in the paper). Uses model comparison (log likelihood ratio) to test the effects.
