Rethink the brokers details view: pods related information should live in the pods details itself

Related to #296

In order to access the current broker details, a user needs to:

1. Select a broker
2. Select a pod

Which means that if for whatever reason a broker has no pods, there is no ways to access its detailed view.

Let's simplify the integration, instead of having to commit to a single pod to get the brokers view, let's move the address and clients tab to the standard pods view.

• Display only the ActiveMQArtemis related tabs when the pod belongs to a broker
