should be awesome to have all rest api commands available as telegram bot too, script can check telegram bot for message and process the requests accordingly.

i would do it, but its won't be available on npm, so i request you to do it !

Just to frame the issue, do you have any working code or are you requesting such a feature?
If you would be interested in pushing it, just checking if @asapach would be interested in merging that, so you would be clear to work on it and send a PR to have it available on npm. Otherwise, you could fork the repo and create an Automated Build on Docker Hub based on your repo, as an alternative way of publishing it.
