u/rockiitp gets additional F1 for GARD staking (I mentioned that in comment of the issue, I guess issue body should be the place for that), on top of the one issue for which kerrilija gets IC1.

As the previous title was misleading (caused by the fact that I forgot that we already have implemented GARD >staking, just not GARDIAN yet), I suggest that two reporters get F1 each:

Maybe it is some other comment elsewhere mentioning u/rockiitp? I only see this single match when querying for u/rockiitp, and I think it was just singular [F1] value of .03 damo (which is only single reward that u/rockiitp was credited for this cycle AFAIK).

I wasn't able to check last night, it's from this one: #411

So for that one kerrilija gets only IC1, while u/rockiitp gets F1.
