Pact's swap links format

We'll need proper links for Pact swap.

This is the ALGO->ASASTATS example:

https://app.pact.fi/swap?pair=ALGO0/ASA+STATS+TOKEN393537671(30)

So it seems they've used uppercase letters with + instead of whitespace. FEE is the multiplier of 0.01%.

So the format is like this:

https://app.pact.fi/swap?pair={ASSET_FROM_UNIT_NAME}{ASSET_FROM_ID}/{ASSET_TO_UNIT_NAME}{ASSET_TO_ID}(FEE)
