Please stop using events for commands... Register them through bukkit 🤢

It uses events for a reason.. It uses events so that no matter what faction plugin you are using, it will still be accesible with /f alert or /faction alert.

As far as I am aware, doing it with events is the only way to allow it to have this behaviour.

Many other popular plugins with similar needs also use these events.
