One nuance that I think might end up making this more confusing than useful is that with Census Reporter, the geo IDs that we are using to look up values in the various tables are actually their geo IDs and which make little sense to the uninitiated. For instance, to search for data within my zipcode you use the geo ID "86000US60626" and to search for things inside Chicago you'd use "16000US1714000".
feature proposed at geomancer session. this would be nice, for building trust that the geo-matching happening under the hood is working correctly
