unable to create new paste but can edit old pastes

Hello,
i am unable to create new pastes but i can edit the old paste. What can be the reason for this problem ?
When i try to create new paste , the add paste page simply reloads & nothing gets added to database

I see that nothing is getting saved in the database. The site can connect to database but its not able to make any new entries into it
