Gas swaps

Why do we need this?

We need to refactor the front-end code handling the swap for gas (using LN) to be on par with the other swap screens.

We also need to start supporting on-chain deposits for gas swaps, since many users don't know about lightning in the first place and this is a hurdle for them - i.e. they are not able to use our solution for BTC -> Smart chain swaps.

This project includes:

• Refactor webapp for existing swap for gas (using just Lightning network)
• Support on-chain gas swaps

Would be cool to also support zero-conf transactions for the gas swap, this way the user can get the required native token to cover the gas costs immediately, and directly continue with the swap.
