People have noticed that their contacts are not consistent across the apps.

Examples of the issue:

On a new atsign, someone added contacts into @Mosphere pro. The contacts appeared in @buzz but they did not appear in @Mosphere or @rrive
Has contacts in @Mosphere but had to add them all individually into @Mosphere pro using the same atsign

Expected behavior
The contacts should be sync'd across the apps

Smartphone:
Reported on iphones

Were you using an @Application when the bug was found?
@buzz, @rrive, @Mosphere, @Mosphere pro
