Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When waiting for approval the at_auth_cli shows a message like this every 10s

[INFO] 2025-01-17 14:08:21.751552 | atclient | Missing atServer host or port. Using root.atsign.org:64 atDirectory to find atServer address

Describe the solution you'd like

The atServer should only be looked up once, as it's unlikely to move during the course of an enrollment.
