Feature: Home Screen with Fitness Activities

Feature Overview
A home screen providing a list of current fitness activities the consumer is participating in. Each listing should include the activity name, time length, and @Signs of others involved in the activity. This screen should be viewable upon opening the app.

Why This Feature
This home screen is a baseline for engagement with app, allowing people to track which activities they are currently involved in. Other UI features (e.g. diet tracking, photo sharing) could be implemented on top of this screen.
