Comment should be included in generated file

A short javascript comment should be included at the top of the output file, to let developers know it's a auto generated and shouldn't be tampered with.

I could see that being helpful. Do we know that's standard of other file generator packages? Wonder if it should be a config option to opt in/out of, and wether it should be on by default or not.

My gut reaction is to have it by default with the option to opt out.
