Update boxes to set default user relevant to OS so end user doesnt have to explicitly override #25

I forgot to set root or Administrator as the default user for stock OS templates.

@emyl , @anac0nda : If you have vagrant cloud accounts please drop my your id's and ill add you as admins to the existing boxes in case theres any future management needs.

@Emly not yet, this hasnt been updated and I dont plan to update these again to fix this until vagrant-softlayer-boxes has been refactored after we add bare-metal/bare-metal-instance suppport and finalize the provider format (its insanely time consuming updating all these boxes and this is not currently a major impact to end user as they can just override themselves).
