Highlighted bold text doesn't stick out, but bolded highlighted text does

I'm trying technique called progressive summarization where after I take notes, I go through and bold important parts, and then go back through and highlight the most key parts.

I love how the bold looks in this theme, but you can't really tell when something has been highlighted in a bold section.

Given this markdown:

- **can we ==highlight and bold== from the 'view' mode?**

It ends up looking like:

Compare to:

- ==can we highlight and **bold** from the 'view' mode?==

Which looks like:

I started writing this not knowing that if you bold highlighted text, it looks right. So maybe this is a non issue 😅
