Infinite blackscreen starting any map in zombies

There is a bug the the newest releases from the launcher which affect in zombies. W hen you start the game, you can't skip the cutscenes or when the cutscenes ends occurs the infinite blackscreen which you can't play the game. In resume, some launchers are broken and it's a very big problem for some players. There are a lot of players that have the same issue, please try to solve the problem, thanks

Also having this problem since the launcher update, the blackscreen occurs whether skipping the cutscene or not, as the cutscene skip will complete, and the proceed to still make you watch the whole thing, with an infinite black screen following. no longer able to start any game mode

You can use the console and devmap into them
