The impetus for this release was the use of an FTDI chip to read an 
SPI EEPROM (a CAT93C46). This required refactoring around the Mpsse
package and class.

Sample program SpiEEPROMSample demonstrates the Spi class. Spi operates in 
Mode 0 (CPOL=0) with CS signal active high.

Add some missing D2XX functions required for serial port management.

Adds support for various core D2XX functionality. Examples include serial port
operations and EEPROM functions.
