It is impossible to replicate your observation, because your report does not state e.g., + what kind of raw data did you use (.pdf, .png) which you could attach e.g., in a .zip archive + if you use the digitizer locally (checked-out which release?), or the one from the automeris site + details like operational system, web browser used, check enabled used of JavaScript Consider to provide these information. Independent from this, consider to digitize the default (background) image on automeris' site, because this equally may be used to check an installation, too.
