Background: In openstack world, we have telemetry concept, https://docs.openstack.org/mitaka/install-guide-ubuntu/common/get_started_telemetry.html also in openshift world, we have https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/openshift_container_platform/4.1/html-single/telemetry/index On the other hand, if we go through some features in libvirt virtual disk, some features exported by libvirt API are very close to this concept. Here if we can aggregate those couples and cohesive attributes into telemetry ,it helps us to maintain the polarion case system and tp-libvirt automation as well. Let's contribute your ideas whether we need introduce metrics or telemetry concept. And if we have, what are clear scope of definition for this
