Does not work properly in IE11

Hello
This a great script but does not work properly in IE11: pagination is always "narrow" and does not expand at high resolutions

Hmm, apparently it works for a small number of pages and as the number of pages increases, something goes wrong. This is probably due to some width getting calculated wrong in IE 11. I'll take a look at it again, hopefully sometime this week.
