Goal

An avalanchego PR is being made based on issues and suggestions for tmpnet interface as used by CLI.
ava-labs/avalanchego#3727
Once merged, bump avalanchego accordingly.

Assumptions and Scope

New exports

  • node.getFlagsPath
  • network.getPluginDir
  • network.getGenesisPath
  • network.getBootstrapIPsAndIDs
