Embedded Supplemental Files Don't Display Until Processing Completes

Description

Caption data within container files now successfully is extracted and added to the record when a file is processed, but the captions won't appear until the Active Encode processing job completes. This results in a lag that makes it look like nothing is present in the record until the encode job completes, so uploaders will be unsure of whether a captions file made into the record until everything is finished.
