Add imglab

I wanted to add imglab in your list. But I'm not sure what would the appropriate category or should we create new category for machine learning tools.

Imglab is an online free opensource image annotation application.

It doesn't seem like it allows upload of jpg and png files. Is that how it is supposed to work?

I've tried it with jpg, svg, and png. All seems working fine. Can you please let me know the browser you're trying in?

Ah ok, are you trying to click menu > open. That option is to open the project file not to import images. You'll find 2 buttons near the thumbnail slider or you can use shortcuts to import images.

However it can be a good idea to open images with the same button. I can think about that.
