Requirements:
・Business English or Japanese(Any nationality is welcome)
・Passion for user-centered design and a deep understanding of balancing user needs with business objectives
・3+ years of UI/UX design combined experience for mobile and web applications
・2+ years of experience using industry-standard design and prototyping tools to create low- and high-fidelity designs, such as VoiceFlow or Figma
・Have used AI services (using chatGPT, Gemini or Claude as end users is fine).
・Ability to align design decisions with the product vision and business goals,clearly articulating why certain features are necessary and how they connect to the broader roadmap.
・Emotional design and micro interaction expertise, incorporating elements such as gamification or interactive animations to foster user delight and boost engagement
・Brand-centric design perspective, preserving and enhancing the product’s brand value through visual and messaging consistency
・Demonstrated experience defining success criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs) used to measure design effectiveness
・Demonstrated experience supporting the iterative design process from end-to-end, including wire-framing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals
・Ability to explore design variations and rationalize your design choices
・Self-motivated and able to efficiently work without close supervision

Good To Have But Not Required
・Familiarity with AI personalization trends, such as recommendation optimization or user behavior prediction
・Strategic mindset with ROI/KPI tracking, setting and monitoring design-related metrics to demonstrate how UX enhancements drive business impact
・Experience with multi-language applications that can adapt to different cultures.
・Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity.

You will be responsible for crafting intuitive and user-centric UI/UX designs for an AI-driven Job & Career platform that leverages cutting-edge technology. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences and a talent for solving complex challenges through innovative design.
・Own the experience of AI-related products that are valuable to users in the to support and advice their well-being and career.
・Own every aspect of a design process, from defining user problems to delivering high-fidelity design solutions.
・Create user personas, wireframes, and prototype diagrams to guide the design process.
・Optimize and enhance existing user interface designs and manage the maintenance of the designs in Figma for improved usability.
・Develop user-centric design strategies that align with business goals
・Conduct usability testing and deliver test results to ensure intuitive and seamless user experiences.
・Conduct continuous user research to understand user problems and validate design solutions.
