Salary Expectation

• As a startup company, we offer a basic salary of VND 15,000,000 for the position but the possibility of pay increase as the company grows.

Must Have

• Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, or similar role in a product-driven company or startup environment.
• Track Record: Proven experience in successfully launching products from concept to market adoption. Experience in the technology sector, particularly in AI, machine learning, or mobile applications, is a must.
• Agile Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in leading Agile teams.
• Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to translate technical requirements into user-friendly product features.
• Customer-Centric: Passionate about building products that solve real customer problems. Experience in conducting user research and gathering actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Able to pivot quickly and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Ideally

• Domain Expertise: Experience in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry is a significant advantage.
• Technical Background: A background in computer science, engineering, or related fields is beneficial.
• Start-Up Experience: Prior experience in a startup or early-stage company with a proven track record of scaling products successfully.

Responsibilities

• Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company’s mission and business goals. Work closely with the CEO and CTO to shape the product strategy and ensure it meets market needs.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, marketing, sales, and technical teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements. Transform business needs into detailed product features and user stories.
• Product Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog. Clearly define and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements to ensure the development team delivers high-value increments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of the product vision and requirements. Facilitate effective communication between the technical and non-technical teams.
• Agile Execution: Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews. Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing clarity and direction on user stories and priorities.
• Customer Focus: Develop a deep understanding of our target customers, their pain points, and needs. Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to iterate and improve the product.
• Performance Tracking and Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product. Monitor product performance and user engagement to identify areas for improvement and new feature opportunities.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Use this information to inform product decisions and maintain SkinMatch’s competitive edge.
• Launch and Go-to-Market: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies. Prepare product launch plans, including training materials and marketing content to ensure successful product adoption.
