Specified AMIs no longer available for GHE

When deploying this template, we found the AMI specified for us-east-1 is no longer available. This was also the case for us-west-2, but I'd assume it's for all GHE AMIs.

Can you update the templates (and references from the AWS documentation) to reflect Github's new GHE AMIs?
