Hi, not sure if this is actually an issue, but at least I need some clarification...
I tried replicating this solution but targeting all account instances (because using resource groups was not an option for us). Not sure if that changes anything, but I kept getting a generic Access Denied error in SSM. After some troubleshooting, I fixed it by adding the "ec2:DescribeInstances" permission to the execution role.
Could it be that something changed in AWS side since you developed this solution? Or is it a side effect of targeting all instances?
Thanks!
