Enhance Fluent Bit documentation

What would you like to be added?

The documentation is really not clear - it shows the sunny day scenario and still even following every single step I have not got to a resolution. There is no reference to debugging logs to check functionality or to ensure that the fluent bit is actually running or where it's logs are

Why is this needed?

I would imagine the eks workshop is for beginners such as myself - there is already a lot to learn this ones taken some time

Hi @AzySir can you expand what you mean by "I have not got a resolution". Do you mean the lab isn't working as expected for you? Or that its not helping you resolve an issue you have in your EKS clusters?
