My USB TV TUNER MyGica T230 does not work with the application google live channels.

Probably is not supported :) Feel free to find vid:pid of USB device and adding the device to this kernel: https://github.com/ayufan-rock64/android-kernel

I would like to contribute but it is not within my competence.
Can you tell me the USB TV TUNER compatible with this ROM ?

I don't know of any. You would have to look at kernel config to see the supported devices: https://github.com/ayufan-rock64/android-kernel/blob/master/arch/arm64/configs/rockchip_smp_nougat_defconfig
