Rock64 armhf vs arm64?

Hi,

I'm using focal-minimal-rock64-0.10.12-1184-armhf.img. I tried to use an armhf build of a third-party package. When updating from their repo, I got this error:

doesn't support architecture 'arm64'

So, to be clear, is the armhf image 32-bit or 64-bit?
