Motivation

Drupal CMS added a new dashboard feature by default.
I think we should check it out to see if it is something we would like to include in Quickstart.

Dashboard is a pretty common feature of a CMS.

Proposed Resolution

Add https://www.drupal.org/project/dashboard module and enable it by default.
Demo and decide.
