Change the viewsreference paragraph to allow views that are tagged as views reference views.

Motivation

I updated the merge request on this issue https://www.drupal.org/project/viewsreference/issues/2922687

This might be useful for us to eliminate the need to override view reference field config when adding new views to be embedded in a paragraph.

We could set the views reference field to allow content editors to select any view tagged viewreference. Then our site owners can just add that tag to views in order for them to be selectable.

Lots of sites need custom views to be added to our views paragraphs as an override, when it doesn't have to be.
