BOT_PASSWORD is to set password for the bot. if you wanna make your bot for private usage, this come in handy.

to use that, set it first. obiously. if you use og version, when you send /start there will be a message that guide you to use /pass to enter password. the way to use it is send a message /pass [bot_password]. if corect then bot will authorize that chat room. the chat room can be private chat or group chat.
