Dock route cards are not very flexible in response to language changes

Following issue #467, the new Spanish word for "about" has created spacing issues in the dock on the route card for each neighborhood. This card is to find a way to make the spacing of the route cards more flexible so that they are less likely to require fiddling following language changes.
