Error when entering E27 Interpretation fields - cause unknown

When entering Interpretation fields in the E27 Archaeological Assessment, we kept getting the following error:

It seemed to be caused by entering the following:

There were 5 interpretation group lines in total, and when entering these one by one we managed to save the record without errors, but we did not manage to do this with all five in one go. All five records were:

This happened again: the fields had been saved without problem before. I then attempted to edit the "identified by" field and saved, but got an error.

This problem occurred again today, after editing the existing interpretation and saving. When deleting the previous entries and entering new ones the problem did not occur.

continues, might be either occur when many values are entered, or when "Unknown" is entered (but not sure either of these is the actual cause). Managed to save after three attempts.
