[Zul'Aman] Akil'zon Gust of Wind/Electrical Storm bug.

Current Behaviour

If a player become a victim of Electrical Storm meanwhile he is in air for Gust of Wind, the safe-area under him is not safe.
This problem probably doesn't happen if all 10 players are alive, because the boss will target different players for the two abilities.

Another problem is that the boss usually casts Gust of Wind just before Electrical Storm.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Gust of Wind shouldn't be casted when Electrical Storm is about to be casted.
