[NPC/Vendor] - Class Specific Items (Rogue) can be bought by any cClass from Smudge Thunderwood

Current Behaviour

Smudge Thunderwood will sell you any item if you have the required gold for it. All items show red and theorically you should be able to buy it

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

The vendor only should allow the rogue class to get this item.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Make a non-rogue char

• .modify money 1000000000
• go c i 6779
• Buy any exclusive item for the rogue

You have an item that you shouldn't.
