Can you give a translation profile for easy translation? Like ini or c # class?

Hello,
I've started looking into the subject but requests that require huge works/reworks are on hold right now, due to my dislike with the current state of the game. I'll work on this depending on how the 30th august (when they are going to reveal what's in store for the future of the game) goes.
