In backend services, we have used the init-mongo.sh to help setup mongodb in local dev environment as well as the test env.
This has confused for external collaborators on the purpose/usage of this file.

We shall rename it to something more clear such as local-mongo-setup.sh etc. (please have a think about the name rather than use it directly)
